certified Dermaplane Pro provider, I specialize in customized, results-driven
skincare that helps you radiate confidence from the inside out.

I've been there—the bad breakout, the pimple that ruins your whole vibe, the
moments you don’t feel like yourself. That’s why I created Luminary Glow: to
be a space where we focus on healing, glowing, and loving your skin through

appointment at Luminary Glow.

What can I expect during my first visit?

Every facial begins with a Luminary Skin Consult, our time to talk through your goals, skin history, and lifestyle. From there, I’ll create a customized treatment plan
designed to support your glow from the inside out. Expect a warm, judgment-free space where you can nap, chat, or just breathe.

How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are booked online through GlossGenius. If you have a quick question before booking, feel free to reach out via email or Instagram DM—I'm happy to
help!

Where do I park?

You’ll find 2-hour metered street parking around the studio, including spots directly out front. There’s also a convenient parking garage right next to the building—
typically $10 for the day.

Looking for an affordable option? The Schoolhouse Garage Park & Walk offers 2-hour parking for just $1. It’s located at 33 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91105—a quick and
easy walk to the studio.

Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time, all treatments are by appointment only. That way, each client gets unhurried care in a peaceful, private setting.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I totally understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice
will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the service booked.

I have sensitive skin. Will your facials work for me?

Absolutely. I work with many clients who have sensitive or reactive skin, and every product and technique I use is carefully chosen based on your skin’s needs that day.
Nothing is one-size-fits-all. Your comfort and skin barrier always come first.

Will dermaplaning make my facial hair grow back thicker or darker?

Nope! Dermaplaning only removes vellus hair (aka peach fuzz), which will grow back at the same soft texture and speed as before.

How often should I get a facial?

For most, monthly facials are ideal, but we’ll build a glow plan together based on your skin goals, budget, and lifestyle.

What skincare lines do you use?

I use a blend of gentle, high-performance Korean skincare and clinical-grade Western products. You'll experience brands like byKin Aesthetics, GlyMed, and Le Mieux—
all handpicked to support a wide range of skin types and concerns, from sensitivity and aging to acne and dehydration.

Is it worth adding the Radiance Upgrade?

The Radiance Upgrade can absolutely take your facial to the next level. It includes advanced add-ons like the Oxygen Glow Boost or the Ageless Stem Cell & Peptide
Mask, chosen to give your skin an extra boost in glow, hydration, and refinement. While it’s totally optional, some skin goals (like deeper rejuvenation or targeted
concerns) may benefit from these enhancements. If your skin would truly thrive with an upgrade, I’ll always let you know during your consult, but no pressure. My goal is
to help you get the best results in a way that feels good for you.

Will I get product recommendations?

Absolutely! After your facial, I’ll recommend products tailored to your skin’s unique needs to help you maintain and enhance your results at home.

If you’d like, I can dropship products directly to your door—clients cover the product cost plus shipping and optional shipping insurance for added peace of mind.
Alternatively, you can shop through my GlyMed retail store online, which also delivers straight to your home. Either way, I make it easy to keep your skin glowing
between visits.

What should I avoid after my facial?

For at least 24–48 hours after your facial, avoid exfoliating products, active ingredients, intense workouts, hot water, and sun exposure. Please pause retinol use for 5
days to give your skin time to recover. Also, remember to change your pillowcase frequently, clean your makeup brushes, and wipe down your phone regularly to keep
bacteria away from your fresh skin. And don’t forget to wear SPF daily to protect your glow. I’ll send you home with personalized post-care tips tailored just for your
skin’s needs.

Can I wear makeup after my facial?

I don’t recommend wearing makeup right after your facial. Your skin is freshly exfoliated, deeply cleansed, and more vulnerable than usual, which means it’s more
sensitive and open to irritation. Applying makeup too soon can clog pores and introduce bacteria, especially from brushes or applicators that may not be perfectly clean
leading to breakouts. To keep your skin calm, clear, and glowing, it’s best to let it breathe and stay makeup-free for at least 24 hours after your treatment. This helps you
get the most out of your facial and enjoy longer-lasting results.

Post Care & Maintenance

Will my skin purge after a facial?

It’s possible! Sometimes, as your skin adjusts to new treatments or products especially exfoliating or active ingredients, you might notice a brief period of increased
breakouts or flakiness. This is called purging and means your skin is clearing out impurities.

Purging usually lasts about 1 to 2 weeks. During this time, be gentle with your skin, avoid picking or harsh products, and stick to the post-care plan we discussed. If you
have any concerns or prolonged irritation, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help your skin heal and glow!
